Hi Bev,
From my point of vue, these products are more signals than true Greenhouses. They encourage to consider differently things that already exist.

the draft Urban Greenhouses aims to develop plants that grow naturally, especially in unwanted places.

in the 1st place you are promoting or developing weeds.
weeds by definition will grow wherever they want. They do not need protection. They are more resilient that household plants. Placing obstacles along roads is a stupid idea.
Also how did a piece of bent metal become a "greenhouse"? Greenhouses have glass or surrounding walls to keep moisture and temperature at a controlled level. How can such contraption control humidity?

Again I say - Stupid Idea

C'est vrai: on ne peut pas dire que c'est une idée stupide. Sans l'expliquer. C'est logique.
